2026 Damariscotta Region Art Tour

Artists in the Damariscotta region will showcase and sell their work as part of the second annual Damariscotta Region Art Tour the weekend of June 27 and 28.

Artists from around the region, including Damariscotta, Bristol, Walpole and Edgecomb, will participate in a self-guided tour of studios and other hosting locations, inviting the community to experience the richness of creativity in this area. Paintings of all mediums, pottery, fiber art, fine furniture and wood turning, mixed media/found object, and jewelry will be part of this tour.

The Art Tour is coordinated by the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce.

Paper copies are available at the Chamber office at 276 Main St, Damariscotta and businesses around the area.

In addition to the studio tours, on the same June 27-28 weekend, a walking outdoor art installation called “Flights of Fancy” will take place at Inn Along the Way. Engaging the theme “Flights of Fancy” in whatever way they imagine, area artists are creating whimsical pieces that will be placed around the barn and throughout the short meadow loop behind the Inn’s barn.

For both events, the public is invited to an Artists Reception on Friday, June 26, from 5:00-7:00pm in the Long Barn at Inn Along the Way, 741 Main Street, Damariscotta.
